Terms of Service

By creating an account on Causely you agree to these terms. The platform is provided by Arunim's IT Caffe on an "as available" basis. We reserve the right to update these terms; we'll notify active customers of material changes via email.

1. Eligibility

You must be authorized to act on behalf of the organization you create. You're responsible for the accuracy of the content you publish.

2. Acceptable use

• Only register actual non-profit, charitable, or community-benefit organizations.
• Don't upload content that's illegal, deceptive, infringes third-party rights, or violates local laws.
• Don't attempt to access other tenants' data or otherwise probe the platform's security.

3. Donations

Causely facilitates donation collection but is not a payment processor. All payments are routed through your chosen provider (Razorpay, Stripe, or your own bank/UPI). You're responsible for tax compliance, receipt accuracy, and donor relations.

4. Plans and billing

The Starter plan is free. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime; refunds are prorated for unused service days within the current billing cycle.

5. Termination

You can delete your organization anytime. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice except in cases of abuse or legal demand.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
