Causely ("we", "us", or "the platform") is operated by Arunim's IT Caffe. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard information for organizations using Causely and visitors to NGO websites hosted on the platform.

1. What we collect

• Account information — name, email, password (hashed), organization name.
• NGO content — pages, posts, members, volunteers, donations, events you create.
• Donor information — name, email, phone, PAN (where you collect it for 80G receipts).
• Usage logs — IP address, browser, pages visited, audit trail of admin actions.

2. How we use it

To operate the service, deliver receipts, prevent abuse, and improve the platform. We do not sell personal data.

3. Where it lives

Data is stored on Supabase (Postgres + Storage). Each NGO's data is isolated by Postgres Row Level Security — no other tenant can read or write your records.

4. Your rights

You can export your donation records as CSV anytime, request deletion of your organization's data, and revoke individual user access. Email hello@arunimitcaffe.com.

5. Cookies & analytics

We use functional cookies for sign-in and CSRF protection. We do not run third-party analytics by default. If you enable analytics on your NGO site, those cookies are governed by the provider you choose.
